The best of all is that the response time was too short since I sent my requests, when I sent my concern I received a ticket that companies with good technical support always throw automatically and after a couple of minutes I was already aware someone on the other side of the screen solving my concerns. I got good answers from Jotfrom technical support, I had complete customer service when I needed solutions to be able to correctly implement this platform within my company. I have everything necessary to create forms, including conditional questions and questions that depend on the answers to other questions, this gives me a sea of possibilities when creating complex forms without having any limitation. Pros: The creation of the forms was extremely easy, with drag and drop I can now add the different elements where the different questions of my form will be located.
